Our Mission

The Institute for Public Leadership (IPL) at the Asian School of Government is dedicated to developing transformative public leaders who serve with integrity, lead with courage, and govern with a deep commitment to the common good. We equip leaders across government, civil society, and the private sector with the skills, values, and networks needed to address the complex challenges facing Asia today.

A new generation of public leaders in Asia—principled, innovative, and people-centered—who drive inclusive development, strengthen democratic institutions, and lead with empathy and effectiveness in the face of uncertainty.

We offer executive education, customized learning journeys, and public leadership programs for:
